In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that Sweet Kiss holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.
Credit Terms
All invoices are due within the agreed time frame.
If you or the purchasing business becomes insolvent, you are still obligated and liable to pay all delivered invoices.
In the event of going into liquidation, the Guarantors will be prohibited from proving in competition with yourself and the company applicant unless and until Sweet Kiss Wholesale has been paid in full.
Credit facilities may be withdrawn on overdue accounts at the company’s discretion without notice.
Delivery of Goods
All goods delivered and accepted are at the liability of the receiver, Sweet Kiss relinquishes all responsibility of any spoiled goods that was deemed acceptable at the time of delivery.
SWEET KISS WHOLESALE PTY LTD may accept returns only when products are reported on the day of delivery and within a 24-hour term.

- 72 Hours Prior Delivery No Fee
- 48 Hours Prior Delivery Admin Fee EXAMPLE $10.00
- 24 Hours Prior Delivery Picking, Packaging and Admin Fee EXAMPLE $10.00 Plus 20% OF THE ORDER VALUE
- Same day cancelation – Order must be paid in FULL
